Surah 106

Quraysh

قريش

4 verses · Meccan

Key structural observations
  • The surah is structured around a veil produced by repetition: blessings become hardest to see when they become normal, warm, and routine.
  • Its core movement is a pivot from habit to worship: the circle of familiar provision and safety must be reopened vertically toward the Lord of the House.
  • The surah therefore treats habituated grace as a test: familiarity can either deepen gratitude or slowly simulate ownership.
